GlobalLogic Ukraine is looking for IT specialist to work on the full time basis in our Kyiv office.
Required skills:
• 2+ years of corporate Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience.
• Repairing, servicing, troubleshooting Windows and Apple Mac workstations experience
• Console and Terminal in OS X for removal of drivers and troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to configure network service connectivity.
• Knowledge of Apple Mac OS 10.5.x and 10.6.x on Intel Mac systems
• Knowledge and use of imaging systems such as Ghost, Acronis True Image and/or Net Restore is required.
• Fluent Russian,Ukrainian and English.
Desired skills:
• A+, MCSE/MCP Certification(s)
• Apple Certified Service Technician
• Knowledge of MIDI Specification, Keyboard MIDI Technology, Audio Mixing, Routing and Recording, DAW Systems, Sequencers, Plug-Ins and Guitar Processor Effects.
• Knowledge of the Professional and Consumer music industry and live music production
• Knowledge of Pro Tools LE / M-Powered with at least 1 years of experience or better.
